Part-time/ Full-time Retail Associate - Answering to customer queries in the store and offering assistance to help them find suitable items
- Demonstrating a good understanding of our clothing materials, cut and fit
- Keeping the retail space clean and tidy
- Cashiering and closing duties
- Unpacking and organising stock in our store room when our goods arrive from our factory (this will require some physical fitness as the goods can get quite heavy)
- Replenishing stock on the selling floor
- Packing and fulfilment of online orders
And generally creating a wonderful environment for our customers to shop in! We are a small and lean team so we rely on our staff to be self-starters and take the initiative to help out around the store wherever help is needed!
